Innumerable manholes, storm drains and catch-basins are in streets and parking areas. If in disrepair they can become safety hazzards, damaging vehicles and disrupting traffic flow. Our recycled rubber solutions are excellent alternatives for new construction, general repair, paving and overlay projects. Our product line addresses several important aspects of manhole adjustment from the top down as well as from the bottom up.

The Easy Riser is an excellent alternative to steel riser rings, or "paving rings," when adjusting manholes to grade. Available in 1", 1.5" and 2" thicknesses, the Easy Riser can be used to adjust manholes with lid diameters up to 26", which alleviates the need for multi diameter "custom" steel risers. Other benefits include: fast, simple installation mere minutes prior to paving; service life equal to surrounding asphalt (can be recycled again with the asphalt!); Easy Bond adhesive creates water resistant seal to existing surface road; reduces Infiltration (silts too); reduces impact damage to manhole / valve stack, extending the life of the structure below and the roadway above.

The Infra-Riser / Flex-O-Ring is a multipurpose rubber adjustment ring for manholes, catch-basins and storm drains. Utilizing these rubber adjustment risers addresses three important issues in manhole repair:
- Installation - lightweight with the taper built into the ring allows quick, precise adjustment.
- Infiltration - a polyeurethane sealant bonds to the rubber, concrete and casting, forming a water tight seal.
- Impact - disperses weight evenly, extending the life of the structure below and the pavement above.

| Rubber adjustment risers are available in many configurations: circular, square and rectangular:
- Flat rings are 1/2", 1", 1.5", 2", 2.5", 3".
- 1/4 inch flat rings available.
- Tapered rings range from 1/2"to 3" in 1/2" increments.

The Infra-Riser and Flex-O-Ring are designed for use on the final few inches when adjusting manholes and catch basins to grade. Various thicknesses flat & tapered simplify the process and alleviate the need for shimming. This produces a more precise adjustment, faster, and is longer lasting. These grade rings are used singly or together, with and without concrete "donuts." The Infra-Riser and Flex-O-Ring adjustment systems also act as gaskets in that they form a water tight seal at this crucial joint, preventing inflitration. A polyurethane sealant is used which bonds to the rubber, concrete, brick & mortar and the manhole. Removal of "point loading" combined with load bearing capacity extends the life of the structure as well as the surface above.
